Hope you had an eventful holiday season.

Now it’s time to come and get back on the grind.

Today I wanted to show you some highlights of my athletes workouts that we’ve been doing here at Strength Camp for a couple of weeks now.

This is the same workouts that helped Bellamy increase his squat 130lbs and bring his vertical jump up by 5.5 inches.

If you guys are familiar with my programs you’ll notice that a lot of these exercises aren’t used in my older programs.

That’s cause I’m constantly testing out new movements with this group of athletes and I must say, these are probably some of the best I’ve seen transfer to great results in athleticism.

I’ll be releasing these athletes workouts once a week so keep up with them to learn and see what it takes to become an Ultimate Athlete.
